BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — A 79-year-old Boise man is accused of child sex abuse of a child under the age of 16.
Boise Police says officers were called to a report of inappropriate contact on Saturday between a stranger and a young girl under the age of 10 near S. Walnut Street. After an investigation, police arrested the suspect, Robert Ruesink, 79.
“We appreciate the victim in this case coming forward and we want to remind all victims and parents to report incidents of unwanted touching and other concerning behaviors,” said Boise Police Captain Matt Jones.
